Campaign Details

1. Welcome

The KINTON RAMEN 7 Days of Giveaways (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Kinka Management Inc., located at 294 College St., 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON, M5T 1R9 (the “Sponsor”). All inquiries should be directed to the Sponsor. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Giveaway Rules, which are governed by the applicable laws of all Canadian provinces. This Contest is not open to residents of Quebec.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 5:00 p.m. EST on December 16, 2024, and ends on December 17, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. EST each day during the following periods:

• December 16 to December 20, 2024
• December 23 to December 24, 2024

3. Draw Date

Contest draws will occur at the 5:00 p.m. EST the next day following each Contest date.

4. Eligibility to Enter

To enter, you must be:

• A legal resident of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, or Saskatchewan.
• 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, including its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

5. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary. To participate, visit https://kintonramen.com/7-days-giveaways/ and fill out the form. Each entrant is limited to one (1) entry during the Contest Period.

6. Skill-Testing Question Requirement

Selected entrants must correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question to be eligible to receive a prize.

7. Winner Selection

At the end of the Contest Period, thirteen (13) winners (“Selected Entrants”) will be chosen through a random draw conducted by the Sponsor. Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM or Facebook Messenger and must respond within seven (7) days. If a Selected Entrant does not meet eligibility requirements or fails to respond, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Prizes

There are thirteen (13) prizes available, which include:

• Two (2) Sapporo Guardian Max 35 Boomboxes
• Four (4) Sapporo Beer Fridges*
• Two (2) Sapporo LED Projectors
• One (1) Sapporo Travel Bag
• One (1) DJ Deck
• Twenty (20) Kinton Ramen Chicken Bowls
• Eight (8) Japanese Playing Card Sets

The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $6,271.

9. Prize Conditions, Delivery, and Substitution

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

*The Sapporo Beer Fridge must be picked up at the Kinka Family Scarbourgh Office, located at Unit #8, 3400 Pharmacy Ave, Scarborough, ON, M1W 3J8.

10. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

11. Entry Verification

All entries are subject to verification. Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant entries may be disqualified. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

12. Contest Release

By participating, entrants release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or liability related to the Contest or prizes.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or damages related to Contest participation or prize delivery.

14. Right to Modify or Terminate Contest

The Sponsor reserves the right to amend or cancel the Contest due to unforeseen circumstances.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for Contest administration in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

16. Publicity and Intellectual Property

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, photo, and social media handles for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
