To help us process your transfer request without delay, please make sure your physical loyalty card is clear and easy to read. Your card must show your name clearly and should not be altered, crossed out, or written over.
No. Once your transfer request is submitted, KINTON RAMEN staff will collect your physical loyalty card. Your physical card will no longer be valid after submission.
Transfer requests may take up to 7 business days to review. Once approved, your points will be reflected in your KINTON RAMEN app account.
No. Only one physical loyalty card can be transferred per person. We recommend transferring the card with the highest number of stamps.
The name on your card should match your KINTON RAMEN app account. If your card has a nickname, write your full name clearly in brackets beside it before submitting your transfer request.
Cards with crossed-out, altered, or written-over names cannot be accepted. The name must be clear and unaltered for the card to be valid.
