Can I book a table?

We currently do not take reservations. Customers are welcome to call ahead to check current wait times, though reservations are unavailable. For select locations, you may join our waitlist upon arrival — please check the location page for details. See locations.

Are KINTON RAMEN locations accessible?

Gift Cards

Where can I buy a gift card and check my balance?

You can purchase a gift card through the Kinka Family Giftcards page. The gift card is accepted at all KINKA FAMILY brand locations. To check your balance, visit the same page and follow the instructions for balance inquiries.

How long does it take to receive my gift card?

Once your order is placed, we will process it within a few days. If you haven’t received confirmation within a week, please reach out to us for assistance.

Can I use the gift card online?

Gift cards are accepted at all KINKA FAMILY locations for in-person dining. At this time, they cannot be used for online orders.

KINTON BOWLER

Where can I use my KINTON BOWLER VIP card?

The VIP card can be used at any KINTON RAMEN location, but it is not valid at KINTON RAMEN EXPRESS locations.

What toppings are included with my KINTON BOWLER VIP card?

You can enjoy any of the toppings listed in the Additional Toppings section of the menu. Please note that extra noodles and protein are not included.

How do I sign up for the KINTON BOWLER program?

Simply visit your local KINTON RAMEN and ask about joining the program. After your first purchase, you’ll start earning points toward rewards!

Can I collect stamps for online purchases?

We currently only support collecting stamps for in-person dining purchases at KINTON RAMEN locations. KINTON RAMEN EXPRESS locations are not included.
