KINTON RAMEN franchise launches 24th Ontario location, at Gordon and Wellington streets.

Downtown Guelph has a new ramen spot to satisfy your soup and noodle cravings.

On Friday, July 19, Kinton Ramen “soft-opened” its first location on Gordon Street in Guelph, and locals are invited to preview its menu offerings ahead of the official grand opening celebration.

This is KINTON RAMEN’s 24th location in Ontario and is one of more than 40 across Canada and the United States.

The restaurant chain has gained a loyal following in cities like Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal and now Guelph, for its innovative approach to ramen while honouring traditional-style recipes.

“We are thrilled to bring the KINTON RAMEN experience to Guelph,” said Karalyn White, the senior director of franchising development at the Kinka Family, which owns and operates KINTON RAMEN, in a news release.

“Our team has worked diligently to create a space that not only serves exceptional ramen, but also embodies the warmth and energy of Japanese dining,” said White. “We look forward to welcoming the Guelph community and serving them ‘a bowl of happiness.’”

Guelph residents can enjoy Kinton Ramen’s signature bowls at the new location at 78 Gordon St., or from the comfort of their own homes through delivery and takeout options available on order.kintonramen.com and other third-party delivery apps.

The menu, which is developed by executive chef Aki Urata, features an array of ramen options, combo specials, seasonal specials, sides and other beverages. It is also highly customizable, allowing guests to tailor their ramen experience to their own personal taste.
