The Story from our Chef

Golden Chill Ramen Salad was born from a simple craving for something cool and healthy to enjoy on a hot summer day. The goal was to create a salad-style ramen that still captured the comfort and satisfaction of a classic bowl.

In place of the usual broth, a creamy sesame dressing brings everything together. Fresh ingredients like arugula, mini tomatoes, bamboo shoots, and sweet corn add vibrant texture, while seasoned chicken breast adds a savoury touch. Crispy fried noodles on top complete the dish with a playful crunch.

It's a refreshing, lighter take on ramen—crafted to surprise, satisfy, and become a new summer favourite.
