The Story from our Chef
I created Swicy Ramen under the SWEET + SPICY concept, inspired by the growing trend of combining sweetness and heat.
This is not just another ramen. It's a carefully crafted balance of flavours and textures. I added Inari Tofu (fried bean curds) and cilantro for a unique, addictive twist that gives the bowl extra depth and character. You will not find ramen like this anywhere else.
When developing the toppings, I didn't simply aim to mix sweet and spicy. I wanted each bite to offer something new. The fragrant cilantro and sweet notes from the toppings elevate the rich broth and seasoned ground meat, creating a fresh and exciting ramen experience with every spoonful.
